Trays take 24 hours. Plates take 4. Don't text at 5 asking for a tray at 6.

Garlic butter, corn, potato, sausage, and whatever came in fresh. This is not a restaurant clock. If the tray is for Saturday, you lock it Friday.

Thu–Sun. Plates: order 4 hours ahead. Trays: 24 hours.
