Privacy policy

We collect account data (name, email, phone, kitchen details, photos) to build and host your store. Eaters give you name, contact, and order details so you can fulfill. That eater data lives on our servers because we host the store — we do not sell it, and we do not text eaters from the KitchenCheckout brand.

Payments: Stripe processes cards. We do not store card numbers. Platform subscriptions bill your card. Food charges go to your connected Stripe account.

Cookies: a session cookie for login. Optional analytics later. No selling of personal information.

Contact [email protected] to request deletion. We keep closed-account data 90 days, then drop it except records we must keep for taxes or disputes.
