Refund policy

• Subscription: cancel anytime, active through the paid period.
• If we have not started the build: full refund on request within 7 days.
• If a preview link was already delivered: no subscription refund for that month; you keep the month.
• Food orders: the cook refunds. KitchenCheckout is not the restaurant.
• Failed payments: Day 0 retry · Day 3 email + banner · Day 7 ordering paused · Day 14 storefront offline · Day 30 closed, data kept 90 days.
