Sunday plate

Miss Dee's · Lancaster

3pc chicken · 2 sides$25.00
MacGreens+ cobbler $6

14 sold · 6 plates left today

A $25 plate on an app can lose $5–$8. KitchenCheckout is $50 a month. Two plates and you're even.

Who it's for

If you already have demand and no store, this is the closer — not a billboard.

Marketplace cooks

You already get “PLATE” in the comments. Send a link instead of typing the order 40 times.

Home kitchens

Limited hours. Sell-out nights. Quantity caps that actually lock.

Pop-ups

Weekend-only, location changes, preorders that don’t live in your DMs.

Trucks

Live location blurb. Order-ahead so the window isn’t a mess.

Catering

Headcount, deposits, 24-hour notice. Trays that don’t start in a text thread.

How it works

  1. 1. Pick a layout and pay

Five short questions. Card at the end. $50 or $100.

  2. 2. We build your store

From a kit plus your photos and menu. Target: 60–120 minutes of real work.

  3. 3. You send the link

Instead of typing the order in the comments. They prepay. You cook.

Live in 3 business days. Plus is 1–2. Clock starts when your photos arrive — not before.

What the cook actually sees

Today’s tickets

Newest first. Paid vs pay-at-pickup. Fat-finger status buttons.

Sold-out toggle

20 plates, then lock. Sunday dinner cannot oversell because the comments were messy.

Ready for pickup

Plus sends the eater a text. Store still lets you mark it — they just don’t get the ping.

The usual pushback

“I already get orders in DMs.”
That’s the point. Send them here so they come back, prepaid, with a name attached.
“I don’t want another monthly bill.”
Cheaper than one weekend of app fees. Pause up to 2 months a year. Cancel anytime.
“I’m not techy.”
You change prices like a Facebook post. We set it up. Live preview in 3 business days.

FAQ

Who takes the food money?
The cook. Card payments go to your Stripe. KitchenCheckout only charges the $50 / $100 subscription. We do not take a cut of food sales.
Do I need a licensed kitchen?
You are responsible for cottage-food rules, permits, and taxes in your city. We are software, not the restaurant.
Who delivers?
You do, or the eater picks up. We are not DoorDash. Delivery fee is yours to set.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Your store stays up through the paid period. If we have not started the build, full refund within 7 days.
Can I get a custom look?
Kits are the $50 plan. Custom art-direction is a scoped extra, $299–$899.
Spanish?
The aguas demo is bilingual. Full Spanish landing is next. You can request EN/ES on your store in the wizard.
