Acceptable Use Policy

KitchenCheckout is for real food businesses selling legally. You agree not to use the Service to:

Food and products

• Sell food your permit doesn’t allow, or sell beyond your permit’s limits.
• Sell alcohol, cannabis or THC products, tobacco or vape products, or anything illegal where you or your customers are.
• Make false health, allergen, “organic,” or ingredient claims.
• Sell recalled, adulterated or unsafe food, or keep selling after a health department tells you to stop.

Honesty

• Use photos, menus, names or logos you don’t have the rights to — including another kitchen’s.
• Pretend to be another business, post fake reviews, or run a store for a business that doesn’t exist.
• Hide mandatory fees or show prices you don’t honor.

Messages

• Send marketing texts or emails to people who haven’t given you consent, or keep texting anyone who replied STOP.
• Send harassing, hateful, threatening or sexually explicit content.

The platform

• Resell or copy our templates as your own agency product.
• Probe, scan, overload or break into the Service, scrape it, or get around its limits.
• Use a kitchencheckout.com address for anything other than your food business.
• Use KitchenCheckout to dispatch or pay third-party delivery drivers as a delivery platform.

Enforcement

We may remove content or pause or suspend a store that breaks this policy, a health department asks us to act on, or that puts customers at risk. When we can, we’ll tell you why first and give you a chance to fix it. Report a problem to [email protected].
